In the face of growing injustice, JOIN for Justice builds ethical leadership capacity by training, organizing, and mobilizing Jewish changemakers. In 2018, JOIN for Justice completed a bold and ambitious strategic plan that would expand their reach. But to achieve their vision and sustain their existing work, they needed to increase their operating budget from 1.2 million to 1.8 million and then sustain that increase over time. 

When Spark Point’s team first met with JOIN for Justice, their approach to fundraising did not support their vision for growth. Understaffed and dependent on foundations and high net worth donors, lucrative revenue streams were left untapped. With our Strategy Spark service, JOIN for Justice learned how to make their vision a reality with a comprehensive fundraising and growth plan tailored to their donor landscape. To help them operationalize this strategy, we developed an implementation calendar, provided donor cultivation and stewardship coaching, and gave extensive feedback on donor-facing communications.
