Celebrating Volunteer Month: Living Our Values Beyond the Workday

At Spark Point, our commitment to impact doesn’t stop at our client work—it extends into our everyday lives. This Volunteer Month, we’re celebrating how our team embodies our values by giving back to their communities in meaningful ways.
Hannah brings her passion for arts and community to the Myrna Loy Center, her beloved local indie movie theater. She helps coordinate volunteers behind the scenes and recently spent a Friday evening training a new usher. The Myrna Loy is a magical, artsy haven, and Hannah loves the warmth of walking into a theater where she knows everyone—even stopping upstairs to say hi (and get some puppy love) from the Executive Director’s dogs!
Caroline volunteers alongside her partner with organizations that support children with special needs. Whether it’s working with the Gene Foundation or helping at the Special Olympics, she’s a steady presence making a big difference. Her compassion and dedication shine through in everything she does.
Bre shares her time and talents locally with the Tri-State Therapeutic Riding Center, a facility that provides healing through horseback riding for those with both mental and physical disabilities. Her commitment to supporting others through community engagement is truly inspiring.
We’re so proud of how our team members live their values and contribute to causes close to their hearts. This month and every month, their generosity reminds us that building a better world starts with showing up—wherever we are.
In the meantime, stay sparkly, stay strategic, and remember—Mercury might be messy, but your fundraising doesn’t have to be.
